Question

Seller wrote a bad comment about me concerning our transaction. I paid as agreed and received the item. He stated made an error that the comment was for another buyer. How do I get the negative comment off my account.

The seller violated policy by posting negative feedback comments for a buyer. Either you or he can report it (he'd be better off with eBay if he did it, but the fact that you are asking about this seems to indicate a lack of interest).

At the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.
