Seller
I sold an item and the seller request a refund for half of the price because according to him the doll was broken . It wasn't . The buyer admitted That He fiddle With the doll and was able to get it to stay and that he would not be able to get it off without completely breaking it. I did not issue a refund because my doll was in great condition. But The buyer threatened me to put a bad review and ask for refund. I do not accept returns but since is so difficult to get in contact with a real person in ebay in now days. I follow what ebay told me to accept the return , then ebay asked me for a refund and even though I open case against the buyer, I was hoping to get. resolution and ebay told me by messages to send the refund before I got the doll and I did refund it . I was following their instructions . When I receive the doll it was a mess. I don't know what is happening I went to seller hub I don't see my open cases at all . I finally got a person not from United States which accent was so difficult to understand that told me I could not get a refund. She also told me ebay doesn't have phone number anymore. What can I do , My doll is broken , I had to reimburse shipping fees twice, doll amount , ebay fees and got a negative feedback . My ebay performance I great I don't have problems with buyer and sellers . What happened? What should I do ? I try to open the close case but it doesn't show , what is wrong?

First, I am REALLY sorry that happened to you.
Let's start with this statement, " ... I do not accept returns ..."
You may as well learn now that the No returns accepted policy is the default return policy on eBay listings tools and it sends the wrong message to Sellers and Buyers. Many Sellers think they are protected against anything being returned to them when the fact is that eBay has more reasons that force a return and bypass that setting than reasons that setting will work on. You should seriously consider Accepting returns and become familiar with what may or may not be covered by eBay Seller Protections when you get a bogus return. Seller protections | eBay
For Buyers who are not familiar with the eBay Money Back Guarantee they may think the need to break something to try and force a return. They may also think if they can't return something what else do they have left to do to try and hurt the Seller? Yep, leave Negative Feedback. eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
When a Buyer is being dishonest the first thing you need to do is use the Report Buyer link on the sold item. You can still do that despite being this far down the road on the transaction.
When the Buyer threatened you with a bad review this is what is known as Feedback Extortion, meaning the Buyer is trying to use Feedback to leverage you into doing something. You need to consider reaching out to eBay via Social Media and see if they will review the situation for you.
