If an item is not as described, the buyer has thirty days to file a "not as described" case with eBay. The seller will have three business days to provide a prepaid return label, pay for tracked return shipping, or provide a refund without a return. If the item is being returned, once the tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, the seller has three business days to refund the buyer. If the seller does not cooperate, after three business days the buyer can ask eBay to step in and force a refund.
