I purchased a battery tester for small batteries in Oct. The tester does not work on any battery. No response from seller yet ! Can eBay or any other member offer me how I can proceed to resolve ? ?

If you paid using PayPal open an item not as described case in PayPal. You have 180 days buyer protection in paypal.
