Seller’s Return Address Wrong
I have an open return/refund case with a seller. The seller’s address is wrong on the return label.
Can the seller edit their address while the return is active, or do I need to cancel for them to make the changes? They asked me to cancel the return. I assumed it was so they could edit the label. I would rather not cancel if it isn’t required.

Do NOT close the return - you won't be able to reopen it if you do.
The seller needs to purchase a label on another platform and email it to you. Advise the seller that he needs to do this ASAP or you'll have to ship to the address on the label.
Suggest he come here and start a thread for help from us if he needs it.
