Seller sent me wrong item and when I contacted them they insist I have to get the bulky item to Post Office myself to return, I am disabled, have no transport and cannot carry this heavy item 1 mile to my nearest Post Office.i have explained this, but Seller still insists I carry out an impossible task to get a refund.
