Selle r sent wrong item,I cannot carry heavy item to post office to return
Seller sent me wrong item and when I contacted them they insist I have to get the bulky item to Post Office myself to return, I am disabled, have no transport and cannot carry this heavy item 1 mile to my nearest Post Office.
i have explained this, but Seller still insists I carry out an impossible task to get a refund.

Mentor1 year agoIf you opened a Return Request and have received a return label hand the item to you carrier next time he delivers your mail.
