    Sellar wants private transaction, Emails, Postal Letters. They have my address and email, ebay ?????

    Payment through eBay is not considered a private sale. If we are doing the transaction on eBay then my offer is $250 per book because I will have to pay taxes. If you’re good with $250 per book shipped on eBay then I will do the deal.

    Add the buyer to your blocked buyer list here and don't communicate with him further.

    In the message Actions dropdown, use the report option to bring to eBay's attention that the buyer is attempting an off-eBay sale (not to mention the crime of tax avoidance).
