sell not answering messages
I paid for a sofa and asked the seller when I could collect. There has been no answer, so on the 3rd day I asked if I could have a refund. Still no answer. I couldn’t find anywhere on eBay to say that, so I clicked Cancel order, and the seller refused. I contacted them again. Now, 7 days later, I put in a report to eBay to get my money back and was refused. I’ve appealed it, and it says they have refused again and sent me a report, but I haven’t received the second report. I’ve screenshot all the messages I have sent to the seller, and it clearly shows they have not responded. Where do I go from here?

You are located in the UK.
You need to return to your home site: https://www.ebay.co.uk
There is currently a glitch when you search, bringing you over here.
In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type in your KEYWORDS and then use the SEARCH on the right side.

Mentor8 months agoIF you opened a Item Not Received dispute you should go back and ask ebay to step in. Otherwise, if you are getting no where open a dispute through the payment processor to get your refund.
