Sell Fee for Something I sold 4 months ago
I was recently invoiced for about $50 for seller fees. I sold something in September, and Ebay took thier cut out of the sell price. Now, 4 months later I get an invoice for $46 with no reasoning. Later I get an email with this in the body:
| Our records show that we are owed money from you for fees and expenses you have incurred as a result of selling activity conducted on eBay. |
| We deduct fees and expenses resulting from refunds, claims, and disputes directly from your pending payouts. If your payouts are not sufficient to cover these amounts, we will charge your payment method (debit or credit card, and/or linked bank account) on file. |
To date, we have not been able to collect amounts you owe us from your pending payouts or your payment methods on file. You must pay these amounts to avoid restrictions on your selling activity.
New to Ebay, only sold one thing. Any ideas on what this is for, or how to dispute the charge. They took it directly out of my bank account.

·3 years agoDid you use FedEx or UPS to ship the crossbow?
If you did, you don't get charged for them until after the package has been delivered so they can't deduct the charge from your payout.
