Sell and Item to a Buyer, Buyer complains about the toy front tires moving ? Read the rest
I sold a toy car to a buyer on July 1, 2025. 4 days later, the buyer sends a message that the front tires do not roll right, and asked what I would do?
I stated i can send other tires to match whats on the car now with caps & axle.
He stated he wanted tires with white walls. I do not have those.
Then he wants $20 in a refund, when he only paid $35 for the toy originally.
I stated, just send it back, you get your Money back, when I get the toy.
He refused, and now wants $15 will make him happy.
I have asked EBAY to step in, and no one has called. I wrote a long explanation under Dealing with a Buyer, and still no answer thru EBay CS.
I am frustrated with Both Ebay, and the Buyer.
I have been with Ebay off & On since 2012. When I started to Sell, and spent over $20.000.00 to get my small business started...I am frustrated. I do not make alot on sales, its more of a Hobby to a large point.
Any words of wisdom from the Community ?
