No, you cannot cancel just because someone has (0) Feedback. EVERY eBay member STARTS with (0) Feedback ... as a matter of fact you did that too at one point. I have sold to quite a few (0) FB Buyers over the years without issue ... now that is not to say someday I might have an issue but so far so good. I have been scammed by Buyers with a whole lot more FB than (0) ...
