Why does eBay have sellers who offer me deals or have products listed only to tell me they don't ship to Puerto Rico? So, don't offer it to me, or do they have some sellers who don't accept returns? It's ridiculous because there must be a minimum order value. And what if it doesn't turn on or work? What do you do? 🧐🧐

Mentor5 months ago@marreedwi Sellers do control where they ship to. Unless it's a large item that needs to ship with UPS or Fed Ex then the seller is losing out on sales by not offering USPS shipping.
However the eBay Money Back Guarantee does over rule the sellers return policy. The sellers return policy is only for buyer remorse returns such as doesn't fit, changed mind, etc.
If the item is defective then you just file a return request within 30 days of the date of delivery for most categories. Some items do have a 3 day limit and that will be stated on the listing.
