Selecting the Shipping option for Standard Envelope
I am trying to sell some cards and want to use the standard envelope option, but it does not show up for me when I list. I have tried different categories and made sure the sizes and weight are in the limits. It is $10, so under the $20 limit. Any tips on how to get this to work?

I just can't get it to be an option for me when I list.
