Question

I have a new computer. I want a selected item to open in a new browser tab, like I've been doing for 20 years. Items now open up in a new window.

If you are using a desktop browser, from your search results, click on the icon in the upper right that allows you to select between List or Gallery view, and choose the Customize option. From there you can select how search links are treated, and whether item listings open in the same tab or a new tab.

If you close your browser or sign out of eBay, the setting may need to be changed again the next time you use eBay.

@pad3fg don't know what type of computer u have, i have a MAC, or which browser u r using, i use Firefox and click on the settings button, then the tabs button. it is there u can choose to open separate windows, or same window but opens with an additional tab, etc.
