Select variations in a drop-down menu when buying

Question

I would like the bulk discount offered, but I would like to order different colors not multiples of the same color. The seller says this is ok, but she insists that eBay must tell me how to do this. She says she must send exactly what is ordered.

I have been an ebay member since 1998 and I believe it is not possible to speak to a live person. Advice?

Have you tried adding each item to the shopping cart? Often the discount will appear there.

If it doesn't show in the cart, the seller needs to set their listing to allow it.

What is the eBay Item Number for the listing?
