Are you using an older operating system?
What browser type and version are you using? Any difference if you try another browser?

OP6 months agoWindows 7 with FireFox browser.Things were working fine a few days ago.

Windows 7 may be the issue; make sure you have the latest possible version of Firefox for that operating system -- I believe that is Firefox 115 ESR.

Or try the latest versions of other browsers that work with Windows 7 to see if one works better.
You will likely encounter more issues like this until you upgrade to a newer operating system.
