Seems that sellers business name is no longer an active link.
I want to go to their page to purchase multiple items but unable to click on their name as it is greyed out

From one of the seller's listings you should be able to click on the username or store name, or a link to "other items" or "items for sale".

OP1 year agoThanks for your reply - the issue seems to have corrected itself. I had clicked on an item I was interested in and wanted to see other items by the seller but their username was greyed out. Other sellers were also greyed out. It was weird - never happened before. It's working as expected now. Thanks
