In the Seller Hub, I go to Orders>Shipping Labels. I find the label I want to void and use the drop-down box to select Void Label. You can void a label for up to 28 days.

If you purchased an eBay shipping label that was not used, you would need to void it. You will see your refund in about 21 days.
