Seems I lost refund due...

Question

Does anyone have situation - new card issued by bank due to fraud, in the meanwhile Seller issued refund. Refund can not be re-directed once issued. So I lost my refund. Anyone know how to get my refund now?thanks everyone here...

That is something you should take up with your bank if it was a debit card, or they issued the credit card. I'd gather proof of when the purchase was made, and when the refund was sent, to back up your issue.
