Seems a little odd…
Summary: ssomerville102478 expressed concern about receiving similar messages from two different sellers after purchasing items from different locations, suspecting something shady. mudshark61369 suggested keeping an eye on the tracking numbers and mentioned a potential "Fake Tracking" scam, indicating the sellers might be shipping from China despite U.S. registrations. disneyshopper speculated that both sellers might be drop shipping.
So I bought two items from two different sellers. One is shipping from TX, one from CA. What’s odd is that I received almost the exact same message from both sellers, which seems a little shady to me. Has anyone else experienced this? 🤔

OP3 weeks agoThanks for the info guys! I am not very familiar with this “drop shipping” (though Ive been learning a lot about it while researching to get answers lol). I will let you know the outcome - will she get her packages or will she get scammed? 🤔😳😂😂

Keep checking the tracking numbers, and if they get a delivered scan but you do not receive anything, come back here to find out how to deal with it. Mention Fake Tracking scam when you do.
Though both of those sellers give U.S. locations and are registered as being in the U.S. they are probably actually based in China and ship from China Owned warehouses in the U.S.
