Seeing and answering a buyer's note.
I just saw a note from a buyer about hopefully shipping something to her fast. Luckily I had already shipped it, but don't see how I can even answer her. I don't see it in messages. The only reason I saw it was because I was looking at past sales. So how would I see it when it was sent and be able to answer?

Mentor3 years agoYou don't really need to answer messages buyers add at shipping. You can see them when you purchase the postage and on the orders page before shipping.
