Security Deposit Refund for Payment Through Paypal - not Ebay
Fellow Friends, Seller returned my Purchase Price, after Ebay forced him to, but not the Deposit.
Unfortunately, My Security Deposit was paid through paypal - not ebay. The Seller made it Mandatory to also Prepay a Security Deposit of $300, which was paid along with the Purchase Price. Now the Seller has returned My Purchase Price (reluctantly) but Not My Deposit.
Seller texted to return his Defective Merchandise then he will Refund Deposit. But I don't trust Seller to Refund my Deposit. Any Ideas how to assure My Deposit is Refunded? Thanks!

·3 years agoIf you paid through Pay Pal and didn't go through Ebay, open a case with Pay Pal.
There's nothing Ebay will be able to do.
