SECURITY
to whom may concern
I been a Ebay customer for many years, I never was A big customer, one purchase a month, than I retire became older, I need ebay for conveniences,
the last 5 months, I stated making many purchases on Ebay, I am shock very shock , about the scams, and ways the seller go to take your money and the item purchase from them can you believe, ( never send the item ) you will loose your purchase item stolen by the post office from some town were the item just passing to your destination, the employees just grab the computers and make the item delivered and your item never never make it to your destination,
you make a purchase item, than in 20 minutes you realize, the item is not correct so you decide to cancel the order, the seller refuse to cancel your order item, than he keep your money than send your item to INCORRECT ANY ADDRESS, and so the seller keep your money and send you to a goose chase with email phone calls, complains, and seller is hopping you give up with your money and your item, AND THEY KNOW MUST PEOPLE WILL GIVE UP IN SUCH SMALL PURCHASES LESS 100.OO DOLLARS
I really really think EBAY, POST OFFICE, AND SELLER ARE IN ALL THESE SCAMS, THERE ARE MANY MORE SCAMS THAT ARE HAPPENING IN EBAY, I belive

We are volunteer community members here and cannot see accounts, orders, or investigate claims.
That said, what you are describing is not how eBay policy works, and there are protections in place for buyers.
If a seller does not send the item, you can open an Item Not Received request and get your money back.
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the item, eBay will review the tracking and delivery details as part of that request.
Sellers cannot legally keep your money and ship to an incorrect address and still be protected. Seller protection only applies when shipping to the address shown at checkout.
If you request a cancellation shortly after purchase, sellers are encouraged but not required to cancel. If they ship anyway and the item does not arrive, you can still open a case.
For items under $100, the process and protections are the same as higher value items.
If you experience a problem, the correct step every time is to open a request from your Purchase history. That keeps everything documented and brings eBay into the transaction.

Also, before purchasing, always review the seller’s feedback and history so you know who you are buying from.
