I’ve been receiving emails that appear to be from eBay sellers, requesting that I log in and pay for items that I don’t recognize. This issue has been recurring multiple times I log in to my eBay accounts. I log in to the network using VPN.
As a result, I’m no longer comfortable logging in to eBay.

Never trust an email from an unknown source, and never use any suspicious email links.
Use a browser to go directly to ebay.com, sign in to your account and check your Purchase History directly.
