Secure Purchase site has both delivery and pick up lights on my car purchase I will pick up

Hi, Secure Purchase has a green lights lit up on both delivery and pick up. I tried to remove the delivery light but I couldn't. I will go and pick up the car myself. I want to complete this transaction. The seller has all the funds, and has completed their side of the online transaction. Secure Purchase has no phone number or e-mail address. How useful ! Any help from the e-bay community is greatly appreciated.
