Secure Purchase on Vehicle Purchase
I'm interested in purchasing a Buy it Now , 2014 vehicle and it's a "Secure Purchase", I want to "opt out" of secure purchase because, I'm not financing, I want to do the title work myself and I am picking the vehicle up from the seller, no shipping. VPP is not available on vehicles 10 years or older too.
