Second Shipping Label
I purchase 2 speakers that came in separate boxes with separate shipping labels. I have initiated an approved return but was only provide one shipping label for eBay and I need a second label. I have shipped the one box only for return. I have contacted the seller but he said I should contact eBay. When I chat with the eBay bot, it says an agent will call me, but the calls never come through on any of my phones. When I call eBay they say they are closed then hang up the phone.
What should I do?
Thank you

The Seller is wrong and the Seller needs to purchase a return label and send it to you so you can affix it to the other box.
Message the Seller and advise them that they have to purchase a second label fo the other box and send it to you otherwise the item will not be returned, period. eBay is good at juggling one ball and on their return flow they only provide one return label which protects you on the return claim. The Seller has to refund you within 2 days of receiving the package back, if they don't you go back tot he claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
When Sellers come here and ask about a listing that requires more than one box to ship they are advised that eBay on a return will only issue ONE label and that they will have to purchase additional labels as required and send them to their customer(s).
Talking to eBay will not do much and if you do get a second label message the Seller thanks and included the tracking number on the label so it is on record with eBay that you shipped it.
There is no phone number to call eBay. Below are options we suggest to members for being in contact with eBay.
Here's how to contact eBay general customer service.

OP4 months agoOK, thank you. I tried messaging with eBay on Instagram, without a resolution. The eBay generated label was $15. I think any other, third party label is going to be a lot more money than that. I've learned that I won't be making these types of purchases on eBay in the future. I was hesitant to do this in the first place, now I see why.
