Second Shipping Charge
I recently sold two items, a smart trainer and a computer monitor. I put in all the details and then let ebay charge the buyer for shipping and I paid for the labels when the time came. However, it's been a few weeks and now ebay is charging me more for the both of them for shipping when they were the ones who provided the costs. I put in accurate dimensions and weights, so why are they charging me more? And not a little more. The trainer was originally $28.66 and they are charging an additional $24.61. The monitor was $20.18 and now another $13.22. Both went FedEx Home Delivery. There doesn't seem to be anywhere to find out why there was this extra charge or a place to dispute it. Can anyone explain or point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.
