Second Order Not Marked Delivered – Payout Help Needed
Hi everyone,
I need help with a payout issue.
A buyer placed two separate orders from me. I shipped both items together in one package, and the tracking shows the package was delivered. The problem is only one order is marked as delivered, so I was only paid for one order.
The buyer has confirmed they received both items, but since there’s only one tracking number, the second order is still stuck as “not delivered.â€
Is there any way to fix this so I can get paid for the second order? Has anyone dealt with this before?
