second international shipping item
long story short weve only ever done two sales internationally one in france that was a no problem no hassle issue
the other in the uk with the item locked up in customs we paid ebay already for getting it to the international shipping hub and they in theory did the customs form at there office but the customer still had a fee attached to the delivery of the package and are requesting i the seller pay it? what do i do here.

All you can do is gently explain that import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If they feel that eBay has already collected the tax, they should contact UK eBay customer service for assistance.
