second chance offer
I am trying to send a second chance offer to the runner-up bidder after the original winner defaulted on payment. I have read all the instructions but I can't find the "more options" in the pulldown menu by my cancelled item.

Mentor3 years agoIf any other bidder has their account enabled for Second Chance Offers, you will see that option next to the item. Otherwise, no bidders have it enabled, so just relist it and ebay will notify anyone that was watching or bidding.
