Searching a certain size and getting others
Does it drive anyone else crazy that searching for one specific detail, like size, and getting all sizes? I bought a shoe once that I forgot to check the size and they didn’t accept returns…so I was stuck with shoes I couldn’t wear!
I feel like it’s a business trick to cause more sales! So much to watch out for! So many tricks!
I wish a search would only bring up the correct search! Am I wrong?

Can you give an example of an individual search that specifies the size but that provides multiple sizes in the results that do not match the search?
If you are using category-specific filters to search by size, you should see only results that match your search criteria, including variation listings where the buyer must choose the size from a drop-down menu in order to make a purchase which will appear as long as one available variation exists.
If you are only searching using keywords, you may be seeing results that contain your keywords anywhere in the title or item-specifics, so you must take care that the search is specific enough to return what you want and also read the listing carefully to determine that you are looking at the appropriate size number for M or W or US or UK or EU, since the same number may represent very different sizes in different contexts.

So this is a common problem for some items. Unfortunately we have little control over how eBay programs their search engine to work.
