There for awhile it would show free shipping, when it wasn't.

This is what I see.

It says shipping is fast and reliable. Shipping to me is $18.92.

Any orders over $99.00 will ship for FREE in the U.S.

It's not false advertising - the seller has no control over it. If anything, it's an eBay glitch.

I would clear cache and cookies, be sure you are signed into your account, and then look again. If you still see free shipping, you can post on the Technical Issues board here (post your screenshots as well as the item #):
