Search results inconsistent

Question

Does anyone have issues with sorting search results and losing a lot of the results when you sort them.i am also seeing when i try filtering the condition ,when i click on the used condition it says one number for used items when i click on the used item filter it has a completely different number and i can do it multiple times in a row and it will show the same outcome.

Changing the sort order can change the number of results shown.

"Price plus shipping: lowest first" will often provide "filtered" results -- sometimes drastically filtered, unless you use the "show all results" option which should appear at the top of that sort but may not always do so.

"Best match" has the opposite problem; often that sort will show additional results.

The other sort orders should show much more consistent results.
