Search request for 37 items stolen at eBay's Glendale Heights Black Hole Hub

Tracking shows my package was delivered to the eBay shipping black hole hub in Glendale Heights, IL on January 20, 2026. However, it never departed for international shipment. Attempting to resolve this via eBay Customer Service is a total nightmare of robots, nonsense, and blatant lies. While some items have finally been refunded, many have not. So I've decided not to use eBay's shipping services ever again.
Since there were 37 individual items (45 RPM vinyl records) in that shipment, I want to try to track them down.
Question: Is it possible to post an individual search request for each missing item here on the eBay Community forums, including photos and details? If this is not the right place, what other platforms or forums would you recommend for tracking down lost or stolen vinyl records?

I'm sorry that happened.
You should have filed an Item Not Received case within 30 days of the original expected delivery and should have been refunded.
You can create 'saved searches' for your desired items.
Items that are not forwarded by eBay's International Hub for whatever reason (usually because customs won't allow them to be forwarded, but also I am sure lost, unidentified packages) are liquidated, sold, by EIS.
So I don't think you will find the "exact" items, but you can look for similar items.
I am very sorry you were not refunded in full.

Your shipment is being returned due to issues encountered, February 12, 2028
Customer service told me this lie: all these items were delivered to our shipping hub on 20th January and have been handed over to your local post (PostNL), but they haven't updated the tracking information nor delivered your package.
My question still is: Is it possible to post an individual search request for each missing item here on the eBay Community Forum, including photos and details?

I don't think anything prohibits you from posting search requests. I just think an eBay saved search will be more effective.
Post individual request in another area - not in Ask A Mentor. Like Selling or a collectible category part of the board.
