Search listings not showing up in sellers store.
I am having a problem with seller listings that come up in my search, but when I visit their store to view other like items the listing is not showing up in their store. This has happened with two sellers now. The first had multiple listings in search, but those listings were not in that sellers store.
Example: https://www.ebay.com/itm/155860956587
Even searching the title in the store returns zero listings.
Am I missing something here?

OP2 years agoI received my order today from France. The seller wrote a note indicating he knew I couldn't see any of his stamp listings. And "hopes it has been corrected." So this sounds like an eBay problem. This is not the only seller I have had this issue with.

Newly listed items are often not in search and not visible in a seller's store until the listing is processed and indexed. This can take 12-36 hours.
If you have the URL, you can see the listing, but it can't be searched.
I can't find that listing in his store, or in search. Probably by morning, I will be able to find it in search and his store.

Mentor2 years agoI see 549 items in that seller's store that ship to my location, though not that specific item.
What location are you using to calculate your shipping? If the seller does not ship to that location, you may not see any of the seller's items for sale when searching.
For international sellers, you may see more results by viewing the seller's items for sale outside of a store page, and then choosing "worldwide" item location:
https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_ssn=collection_free&store_name=patrickcollectionphilatelique&_oac=1&LH_PrefLoc=2
The "default" item location may not show some international items that have very long shipping times or that incur customs fees.
