Why can't anyone find my ebay page when they search with the name in the search bar ?

If you are referring to your user name, they would search this way:
On pages with the eBay search bar up at the top (on this page, click the eBay logo to go to a page with the search bar), click Advanced next to the big blue Search button. Then use the link of the left side of the page to find the seller or store ID.
