I hope you know that member's username. If all you know is her/his real name, you're going to have to ask. But, if you do know the username, do the following:
Go here: https://pages.ebay.com/services/forum/feedback-login.html Use the page that opens to take you to the member's feedback profile. From there, you can click Contact Member, View Items for Sale, or whatever.
