Sealed boxing issue

What happens when you purchase something in a sealed box and the seller opens the box and puts the contents into a smaller box for shipping purposes when I purchased the item intentionally with the box being factory sealed and the seller did not include the original packaging

If the photos in the listing shows the original packaging, I would do the following:

Go to My ebay > Purchase History

Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
