I want to tell someone that your options are limited and can be user friendly by allowing filter options for shipping to adjust the price of shipping and also the location filter to allow us to select major country/continent like Japan/Europe.

Mentor1 year agoSellers are the ones that decide how they wish to ship their items. Many sellers do have multiple carriers that you can select from. Just click the SEE DETAILS link next the the shipping information.
Sellers also decide which counties they will and will not ship to. On ebay.com, the choice is USA only, North America and Worldwide. Buyers in foreign locations will only see those listings that ship to their country if the seller has set up his/her exclusions correctly.
