Screwed by Ebay
Ebay won't update. My item was delivered to the buyer 8 days ago. Ebay won't recognize it, therefore are holding my funds. Ebay won't email me back and won't give any option other than complain to a bot that is only set up to offer resolutions that do not apply. So not only am I out the item, but the $14 it cost me to ship it as well. I will never use Ebay again.

MentorJul 18, 2026 at 9:37 PM@d.hutch35 Even with tracking that showed delivery your funds can be held up to 31 days since you are a new seller. If the system doesn't update then you will still receive the payout around 30 days. Fund hold policy
You can try contact customer service and see if they will release your payout sooner if you can provide the tracking proof of delivery from the USPS site.

MentorJul 18, 2026 at 9:36 PMGo to the Sold & shipped item, click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. That should lead the carrier to updating the tracking information to ebay.
