Screwed by eBay 🤬
I ordered a 4 pack of mouth tape. Only 3 were shipped to me!! I've gotten nothing but the runaround from the seller and eBay!! Dismissing my claim because my order was received....but THE ORDER WAS INCOMPLETE!! IM ASKING FOR THE 4TH BOX I PAID FOR THAT WASNT SENT!! eBay protects they're scam sellers 🤬 I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB and having the charge reversed on my credit card since eBay doesn't protect their customers from fraudulent sellers!!! Amazon is superior to eBay!!

Actually, eBay DOES protect it's Buyers: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
It sounds like you initially filed the wrong claim for an item not received. That particular claim is just for whether or not you received the package, it has nothing to do with what may or may not be inside the box.
Go to your purchase history and file a RETURN because it "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid shipping label, return the shipment to the Seller, they will have 2 days to refund you and if they don't you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
The Seller is obviously not going to send the 4 roll or refund 1/4 of your payment. eBay cannot force the Seller to do anything.
If you file a dispute with your card company then you will not be able to use the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
