It's been a couple years I bought this scooter for 1800 it didn't work when I got it they sent me parts to fix it myself I tried just to return they gave me a number to return it I took it to UPS two days later they called me and said there's no such address I still have the scooter still paying for it and it's still brand new and still does not work why can't I get a refund or an exchange one that works
