Hello, I would like to inform you that I purchased an electric scooter that was intended to be sent as a gift to Georgia. It turned out that the scooter does not correspond to the data specified by the seller. In particular, on one charge it travels a maximum of 15 kilometers instead of 80 kilometers! I wrote to the seller about this. He replied that the error was due to the weather, which is a lie because the error due to the weather cannot be 65 kilometers. Their answer means that the seller intentionally indicates incorrect data and has a prepared answer and blames the weather. In the end, he agreed to return the product, but will not reimburse the cost of transportation from the United States to Georgia and back.
