I bought a scooter on ebay,,it's under warranty for one year and the scooter broke in a month and the people I bought it from are not responding,,so I had to pay someone to get it fixed and now the person that sposs to fix it had to order parts that should be under warranty and its still not fixed yet,,how do I file lawsuit and get me money back

Mentor2 years agoAfter 30 days ebay can't help you. Was the seller an authorized dealer, if not, the manufacturer usually will not help you either, but you can call them and check. Your only recourse now is to file a dispute with the payment processor.
