scathing and Untrue response from a Buyer

Trying to get a Buyer to Remove Unjust Feedback. Ebay should never let someone talk to you like they are garbage over a item that they misunderstood The listing for. I cant get a hold of Ebay to talk. How do you do this m?

Are you aware that sellers are not allowed to have Private feedback? I see you don't have any items for sale at the moment, but since we can't see the feedback you received, we can't address whether or not it violates policy.
