I'm looking for someone to explain how to scan something to find the value..can anyone help me please

You can scan using the app.

If you need the App
1) Download the eBay app from the Play Store or App Store.

2) Log into the App using the SAME eBay account as is on your computer/tablet.

3) Allow the eBay app to a) send notifications AND b) access your photos AND c) access your camera.

If you have the regular eBay app on your phone you can search by UPC code or by a photo of the image

1) Click the Search "Magnifying glass" at the bottom of the screen
2) Click the Camera icon at the top in the "search for anything"
3) You can scan a barcode and
4) You can take a photo of something and it will search
--- These 2 camera features toggle

OR
5) type a few words in the "search for anything" box. Look at the live listings and then filter for Solds
(You will find the Sold filter on the left-hand side of the desktop view, or under "filters" for mobile view.)

In order for the photo search to work, the App needs to access your camera and photos. Check your settings
