Scam/THEFT!
Unbelievable! eBay refunded the buyer for a watch they bought from me, and I received a piece of garbage to replace my genuine pristine $2000 vintage watch! the front looked like the watch, but the back was completely scratched, and it looks like a fake watch! Luckily, I have a photo of the back of MY watch from a year ago when I had it authenticated and it was in pristine condition (like new, as I had only worn it a couple of times) and it has the serial number on it. The watch that was sent back to me, has a different serial number! And it’s completely scratched and ruined! It looks like someone ran over it with their car! Meanwhile, eBay refunded the buyer for the FULL amount including shipping in both directions and has the audacity to say they have “proof†that it was sent back to me!!! Now eBay continues to charge my account and expects me to pay for this piece of GARBAGE that does not even have the same serial number and is WORTHLESS!!! How do I get them to stop billing my account in favor of this scam artist/thief who has zero ratings and I have been on eBay for 21 years with a perfect hundred percent rating??? I will never sell on this site again as long as I live! eBay only protects the buyers. This is the second time that I’ve lost the items that I sold and paid shipping in both directions with no refund at all! eBay sucks! Do I have to file a law suit against eBay? Help!!!
