Scams, dropping off petty item’s no address coming or going in cheap walmart sacks on my porch.
How do i stop this from happening, just a short name my initial and last name on the small label.what are they doing. It has to be a scam of some kind.it’s happened to me twice so far.

·3 years agoWas it actually mailed to your address? Consider it a gift. It may be part of a scammy operation that is an attempt to build feedback and sales for a new seller who contracts with an operator.
The operator harvests names and addresses from public pages, creates some phony buyer accounts with the harvested names, and then uses all those accounts to purchase goods from the seller who contracted with the operator. Cheap items are then shipped to the harvested name and address and tracking will show delivered. The seller gets a boost or headstart in sales history.
Once your name an address is on the harvested list, it will probably continue to be used in these operations. You'll just continue to receive more cheap junk gifts.

Mentor3 years agoThe seller may be having a cheap item delivered to you to generate a tracking number that shows delivery.
Find the actual transaction that the tracking number corresponds to, if it is one of yours, and then file a "not as described" case on eBay to return the cheap item and get your money back for the item you ordered.
